Ryan vs Dorkman...2? Sweet! The first one was excellent. In my opinion it had a better fight than the actual SW films.

I like the part when they spent 12 grand to record the orchestral score.

I kid you not. They had some guys compose it and they spent a day at the Capital Records studio (I think that's where they went) and had it recorded.

The creators are interviewed and speak about the experience.

$12,000 that is ridiculous.

Well they guy did have a job at Lucas Arts before getting laid off for relocation. Maybe he had a lot of money to burn...or maybe he's just INSANE!!
Saw the first one, it's pretty nerdy.

my cruddy slow computer wouldn't let me watch it :( so I'm missing all the fun.

I once saw a super sweet italian SW fanfilm a few years back that kickedass, with a fantastic lightsaber duel with a darth maul type character with a black and white stripey face. but can't remember what it was called.

Wow I watched it this morning...what a waste of my time. Same cruddy location as last one, no huge special fx except melting metal. And the score is mediocre at best. What a waste of money.

I think they mentioned it was a different location, no? Yeah, too much on the score for sure. Most of it was well done. The melting was very nice.

Well yes, it was a different location but same idea: a big grey factory. While the fx they did put in were nice, if you spend TWELVE GRAND on a score, you better have some damn impressive visuals. But that's just my opinion.
